At Voice of Aroha, we believe that climate action is a collective responsibility and that every voice matters. Through our Climate Action Program, we are committed to raising awareness, driving meaningful change, and empowering refugee and migrant communities to lead the way toward a sustainable future. From educational campaigns to community-led initiatives, our mahi (work) addresses environmental challenges while promoting practical, sustainable solutions.

We are proud to be the first organization in Aotearoa to center refugee and migrant communities in climate action integrating diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and innovative solutions into the climate movement. By amplifying voices that are often left out of the conversation, we not only enrich our collective understanding of environmental issues but also foster a more inclusive and equitable approach to climate action.

Our ultimate vision is to empower communities by providing a platform where diverse voices take the lead transforming individuals into climate heroes from all walks of life. Because when everyone is included, our planet thrives.
